This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Alefounder of St. Ann's Road Kennington Surrey Coachman I give devise and bequeath all my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal unto my Wife Elizabeth Alefounder and her assigns absolutely and I nominate my said Wife Elizabeth Alefounder Executrix of this my Will In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of November One thousand eight hundred and fifty one _ Charles Alefounder (LS) _ Signed published and declared by the Testator Charles Alefounder in the presence of us as and for his last Will and Testament who in his presence and in the presence of each other all being present at the same time and at his request have hereto set our names as witnesses _ John Tookey No. 5 South Island Place Clapham Road _ James Biddell 11 South Island Place Clapham Road.
Proved at London 18th June 1864 by the Oath of Elizabeth Alefounder Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom adm-on was granted.
