I Elizabeth Alefounder of No. 43 Brookland Road Wandsworth Road in the Parish of Lambeth in the County of Surrey being of sound mind and memory declare this to be my last Will and Testament dated this the 18th day of December one thousand eight hundred and seventh three 1873 I will devise and bequeathe all my leasehold property to be equally divided among my following nephews and neices children of John and Mary Heath of Shepperton in the County of Middlesex also the son of James and Mary Berryman of Shepperton in the County of Middlesex I also leave Macpherson Carver Wheeler all my household furniture plate watches wearing apparel and the Residue of all my property that I may have been possessed of at the time of my decease for her sole use and benefit and I further appoint Mr Isaac Jackson executor to this my last Will and Testament _ Elizabeth Alefounder _ Signed by the testator and acknowledged by her to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the said time and subscribed by us in the presence of the said Testator and of each other _ Eliza Halliday _ Joseph Ball 2 Worcester Cottages Paradise Road Clapham Road

Proved at London 15th January 1876 by the oath of Isaac Jackson the sole Executor to whom Admon was granted.

[According to the Index, Elizabeth Alefounder, Widow, died on 30 November 1875 at 43 Brookland-road. Isaac Jackson, Lighterman, was of 124 Drummond-road Bermondsea. Effects under £1500.]
